What is Mediation? How can it help me?

Mediation is a unique way of resolving conflict, usually much cheaper and quicker than going to court.

When a conflict becomes difficult to resolve or is in danger of escalating, an independent mediator can help the parties (two or more) to find resolution using a tried and tested process.
